I have purchased 3 homes (and sold 2) and this is by far the best experience I've had with any of the brokers. Both Adrian and Deborah were always quick to return my phone calls/e-mails and never made me feel like I was a bother when I had lots of questions. They were always friendly and curteous as well. They got me a great rate (.125 less than my credit union without paying any points) with reasonable fees. They closed my loan in 3 1/2 weeks as well! There was a snag with some paperwork from the IRS (I know it's shocking *sarcasm*) and Deborah worked so hard to get everything straightened out. We were still able to close on time (nothing short of a miracle) and I know many other brokers out there would have delayed closing in our situation.
