Adrian is always quick to respond and is very knowledgeable. Deborah handles most of the conversation and data collection and is very professional yet personable & caring. (Key note: I didn't speak to the lender directly even one time & the lender pays them instead of you.) I love this duo and anytime in the future we have home buying or refinancing needs, we will use Capital South Funding - no question. Highly recommended.
