Documents needed
- Copies of pay stubs for each applicant, reflecting a minimum of 30 days of income
- Names/addresses of employers for two years
- W-2 for one year, possibly two years
- One to two years of tax returns (if applicable, ie, self-employed applicants, rental income)
- Copies of bank statements, all pages, for two most recent months
- Proof of pension income, social security income (if applicable)
- Copy of your Driver’s License or Passport
- Information on any new debts not showing on credit yet
- Proof of Child support or alimony payments, and copy of separation agreement (if applicable)
- Copy of the Purchase Contract and Earnest Money/Due Diligence Checks (If purchase)
