• Copies of pay stubs for each applicant, reflecting a minimum of 30 days of income
• Names/addresses of employers for two years
• W-2 for one year, possibly two years
• One to two years of tax returns (if applicable, ie, self-employed applicants, rental income)
• Copies of bank statements, all pages, for two most recent months
• Proof of pension income, social security income (if applicable)
• Copy of your Driver’s License or Passport
• Information on any new debts not showing on credit yet
• Proof of Child support or alimony payments, and copy of separation agreement (if applicable)
• Copy of the Purchase Contract and Earnest Money/Due Diligence Checks (If purchase)
